Program Overview:
The Independent Living Care Program helps young adults transition from state care to self-sufficient living. The program focuses on building real-world skills while providing safe housing, counseling, and emotional support during this critical period of growth.

Fully supervised transitional housing and daily living support
Individual counseling and mentorship
Financial literacy and budgeting workshops
Workforce readiness training and job placement assistance
Education and career goal development
