The campus includes 41 housing units within a mixed-use community in Louisville’s historic Parkland neighborhood.
Every detail of the RISE Campus™ was created with purpose — combining supportive housing with on-site behavioral health, wraparound services, and built-in partnerships with local colleges, employers, and wellness providers.
We don’t just house individuals — we give young adults and families a safe place to grow, heal, thrive, and rise to their full potential.

RISE Campus™ provides specialized, compassionate support tailored to eligible young adults and families facing critical life transitions.
System-Impacted Youth
Providing guidance, housing, and behavioral-health stabilization for system-impacted young adults.
Foster Care Transitions
Equipping young adults aging out or transitioning from foster care with life skills and support.

Offering safe family housing, father-daughter/parent-child units, and dedicated childcare resources.
