Program Overview:
The Independent Living Care Program helps young adults transition from state care to self-sufficient living. The program focuses on building real-world skills while providing safe housing, counseling, and emotional support during this critical period of growth.

Key Services Include:

  • Fully supervised transitional housing and daily living support

  • Individual counseling and mentorship

  • Financial literacy and budgeting workshops

  • Workforce readiness training and job placement assistance

  • Education and career goal development
