About Us
Option to Success Inc. (OTS) is a Louisville-based nonprofit providing mental-health, housing, independent living, and educational services to teenage girls, young women, and families. Through its flagship programs—the RISE Campus, Option to Success Academy, and Independent Living Care—OTS creates a continuum of care focused on healing, empowerment, and stability for youth ages 12–28.

Option to Success Academy (Residential Treatment Facility)
Ages Served: 12–21
Program Type: Residential Treatment
Focus: Youth requiring structured behavioral-health and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Includes schooling, counseling, and case management.

Girl Tyme (Outpatient Evening Treatment Program)
Ages Served: 12–18
Program Type: Outpatient Behavioral Health (Evening)
Focus: Emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and empowerment for adolescent girls. Evening therapy, group, and family support.

Wise Woman (Evening Reporting Program)
Ages Served: 13–18
Program Type: Alternative-to-Detention (Evening Reporting)
Focus: Justice-involved girls receiving mentorship, structure, and behavioral programming as alternatives to detention.
